The restaurant itself feels almost like a supper club as there is fairly loud music all night. We were there late into the evening and the entire time the place was packed. There is also a bar/lounge area that was completely full, with cozy leather couches and high tables; a perfect spot to have a drink before or after dinner. The Trump Tower is a beautiful building and this restaurant is the same. The bathrooms in both the restaurant and the hotel ground floor are to die for – I loved the polished black toilets. We started off with 12 oysters for an app – they were incredible (and I love oysters!) For our mains we had the Kale & Ricotta Ravioli and the Sea Bass. The fish was cooked perfectly and was superb, but as for the pasta dish – on the very salty side. (I wouldn’t order this again) We have dined here a few times and have always enjoyed the service, although, this

Wow! That Bay Scallop & Atlantic Salmon was quite the appetizer. I couldn’t believe how amazing the different flavours worked together. I have to say that this is now one of my top 5 appetizers I’ve ever had in a fine dining restaurant. It was incredible! I loved each small morsel of bay scallop as it was fresh and perfectly textured.

Stock adds to the saturated business market that heavy-weights like Canoe and Bymark compete in. But it is a good addition to expense-account dining. Take, for example, the cured Atlantic Salmon mixed with popcorn and avocado crème fresh. It’s delightfully cool in the mouth and soaked in citrusy flavor.
