16 Handles has really good frozen yogurt and a lot of topping options. The place is usually clean, the staff is nice, and the flavors taste fresh. It’s a fun spot if you want a quick dessert with friends.

Had such a great time at 16 handles! Staff was super nice, place was very clean, and was so nice to get kosher froyo in Miami! Will definitely come back!

I drove all the way from South Beach to 16 Handles, and unfortunately it felt like a wasted trip. The store is beautiful, but the experience was disappointing. The staff at the toppings bar were not friendly or welcoming, and the frozen yogurt texture was not good at all. It’s a shame because the location has so much potential, but the customer service and product quality did not meet expectations.
