Coming here was a Caesar lovers dream come true. Being able to build your own Caesar and choose everything down to the rim and every garnish in between was incredible. From the moment we walked in Maeve was so welcoming. 10/10 for food, ambiance and service. Will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow! I live uptown a 4 min walk from here, and what a cute patio uptown!!! Great service! By far the best service I had yet uptown! Maeve was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and friendly and super sweet. The happy hour was awesome. Definitely going back and a double Ceasar for $5 at happy hour is unreal! Highly recommend this place!

1858 Caesar Bar Waterloo is the BEST!! I’m so glad to have this restaurant in our town. The drinks are amazing, the food is great, and the service is even better. Shout out to our server this weekend, Eden!! She was awesome. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20
