Stopped for lunch. Very good!. Had the chicken and pastry and girlfriend had a hamburger. Fried Okra and potato salad for the sides were great also...Staff was very friendly and our food came out quick and hot. Will be back again! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a hamburger, fries and tea. My taste buds may have been off a tad. The burger tasted a bit on the salty side. Couldn't eat the whole burger. Fries and tea were fine. When the waitress asked a I did let her know about the taste. Small Town atmosphere. Friendly service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If your looking for a cozy atmosphere with small charm, the 214 Kitchen is it. Wife and I stopped for lunch. I got a double cheeseburger being used to getting thin patties. I was quite surprised to get generous patties so thick I couldn't pick it up. I had to eat it with a knife and fork. It was so delicious and I gave up with about four bites left. The tater tots were crisp and not greasy. The wife got the Chicken Cheese Steak sandwich with French Fries. Her sandwich had a generous portion of meat and she had to take half of it home. The French Fries looked crisp and cooked to perfection. We will be back. Located at 214 Main Street, Pollocksville, North Carolina.
