Ven a este café y toma algo si tienes hambre tras disfrutar de St Nicholas Church. Te va a gustar su comida, especialmente sus bien trabajados sándwiches de beicon, su singular steak tartar y sus atrayentes salchichas. Si todavía no has probado el casero helado de Cafe 25, entonces no has disfrutado aún de la vida. Aquí puedes tomar un extraordinario café latté o un magnífico té.
Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de este lugar, puesto que es famoso por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Fantastic roast dinners well worth the money, really nice cafe with very friendly staff and atmosphere they even have a dog floating around his name is Deacon and he likes beef! We've been around a bit lately trying roast dinners including The Stag, Ring O Bells in Hinton Blewitt, Hope & Anchor in Midford, Castle Farm etc... and this little gem in Batheaston has been the best overall experience out the lot. Me and my father thoroughly enjoy coming here to Cafe 25 and we highly recommend it. Right now we're not interested in trying anywhere else as we've found and settled on this lovely little place. If you do come make sure to show Deacon your appreciation by giving him a little meat and he will be truly grateful. If you're walking from Bath along the canal, planning to stop for lunch at the barge cafe which is unexpectedly shut when you get there, pay attention to the sign on the bridge telling you how to find your way to 25 cafe. I didn't, and went the long way round, but it made the destination all the better. Great service, delicious food, pretty china cups, and some homemade flapjack for the return journey. I might quibble that blueberries have no place in salad, and the napkins are of the cheapest kind, but I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wandering the towpath. Definitely worth heading uphill.
