Favourite spot to get Korean convenient food at Langham Place food court! Visited multiple times and these are the dishes I can recommend: Beef Rib Soup 갈비탕 4.8/5.0 The broth is clear and light, so it feels healthy and perfect for cold or rainy days. The beef ribs are quite tender and are easy to get off of the bones. I made sure to drink all of the delicious broth. Spicy Seafood Soup Noodles 짬뽕 4.4/5.0 For those who can handle spicy and like seafood - I recommend ordering this dish. The noodles, which are the thicker yellow kind used in Chinese-Korean dishes like jjajangmyeon, are perfectly chewy and soaked up the spicy soup. The seafood includes mussels and squid. Soy Sauce Chicken 찜닭 5.0/5.0 Rated this the highest because of how well the thick sauce pairs with rice. Drizzling a spoonful of sauce over your rice bowl or soaking a spoonful of rice in the sauce gives you a flavourful bite. The chicken is tender and has absorbed up the sauce incredibly well so there isn’t any gamey texture or flavour. Beef Bulgogi 불고기 4.3/5.0 My friend ordered it but couldn’t finish it because of the portion, so I snuck a few bites. You can taste that the beef was marinated well before being fried, as the flavour is quite deep. The sautéed vegetables add a nice crunch. Rose Stir-fried Rice Cakes / Tteokbokki 로제 떡볶이 4.0/5.0 For those who can’t handle spice but still want to enjoy the chewy texture of tteokbokki. The cheesy, creamy and rich sauce coats every strand of rice cake well. It’s my first time seeing tteokbokki in Hong Kong served with this type of long, noodle-like rice cakes. Served with both vienna sausage and flat sausage, which are both delicious! However, since the sauce is so cheesy, it can get a little overwhelming so I think it’s a must that you order it with kimbap. I recommend dipping the kimbap into the sauce!!! The spam and cheese kimbap was delicious so I guess I have to try the rest of the kimbap flavours I’ve eaten at their Hysan branch, which was also quite good and had an authentic taste!! Had the kimbap bulgogi roll, really don't recommend it. Although the portion is decent and the veges are fresh, the beef is very dry, salty and not sweet at all (not a classic bulgogi). There was also a greasy film on the food container (see photo), not sure why the kimbap is so greasy. Also served cold, and overpriced; Korean stores will usually have a larger roll for 1/2 the cost! If you like bland, salty kimbap maybe you'll review higher. Their other meals are probably better. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
