This is my first time in Portland and the food did not disappoint. I saw a post on IG and that's all it took to get us there. The food is AMAZING--so fresh and light. I can't say the same about the service. Our server didn't greet us with a hello or a welcome. She approached us after being sat for a few minutes and asked if we had been helped. We said no, and she said "do you know what you guys want?" We have here our order and she didn't write it down. Instead she gave us back our order verbally, and incorrectly. When she read my order back to me the first time it was incorrect, and when I reminded her what I had ordered she laughed it off and said "thank you." She walked away, came back with our drinks which were really good. Then we waited for our food. After 20 minutes she dropped a tostada dish we didn't order onto our table. We repeated our order to her again and she walked to the table next to us, pointed at the tostada on our table and said "is this yours?" It was really dysfunctional. The saving grace was the Chef who personally came out with his Sous Chef to drop off our correct order. Shout out to the culinary team because the food was amazing!!! 10/10 food forsure. After we devoured our food, we waited for another 15 minutes before someone came. We asked the other server for the bill, which they said theyd bring out right away. Then we waited another 15 minutes for our server to come over after both servers ignored us. I handed her my card and asked for the check. When it was brought to the table she didnt say thank you or invite us back. She made an excuse about their POS system malfunctioning and then walked away. Service is the main reason we cant recommend this place. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Great food and drinks. The ceviche and the floutus were our favorites. Super cool vibe and had no problem talking even though it was a full house on a Saturday night. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped in to 2NW5 on our way to a show. Shelby and Ash were phenomenal. They were friendly and knowledgeable and made this stop an unexpected highlight of our trip. Price per person: $30–50 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
