I wanted to give this place a better review as I am always supportive of healthy options in my area. The ambiance is nice and the food is clean, but the girl taking the order was a bit difficult. She asked if I was a rewards member and I said no could you tell me more? Then she replied "You can read about it on the sign here, kind of alot for me to explain it all", while looking at me like I should have read it initially. Maybe my expectations are too high, I don't know, I thought that was a reasonable question to ask. Definitely didn't sign up that's for sure. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered take out. Many items were missing from my order. I didn't notice until I got home. Staff was not helpful and blamed me for not noticing. I will find another location or similar restuarant next time I want the type of food offered here. I will not be back to this location. Staff was rude and has no accountability. Staff needs better training in customer service and the owners should better vet thier employees. Update- Dear 3Natives, Staff was well aware of the issue and they handled it poorly. You guys definitely knew about the situation. I'd seek more honest employees if current staff hid their mistake. Thank you for your reply and invite but I must decline. I will not be back to this location.
