Easily one of the best bars in Tokyo! Great Japanese liquor and very reasonably priced drinks! Sound system is very good and the music selection/performances are diverse depending on the night! The staff/customers are always friendly! Has a Tatami floor to sit or dance on as well! Feels like you’re in your living room! Really a nice, relaxed spot for a drink or two! 5 stars! ????????????

The mix of DJs, bands and/or singers in one event. The space is fairly big for a bar with a large tatami space behind the DJ. They usually have Keiichi the VJ with trippy videos. Ho-ri-san has a nice selection of Japanese only spirits of sake, shochu, whiskey and Heartland beer. The vibe is nice and unique to Sangenjaya. The large window view of the sunrise in morning is something to see, too.
