???? an ok lunch but a very different experience to when I was there training as a student nearly 37 years ago, doing my City and Guilds! Sad to say the passion and drive is missing, it’s evident the funding is very poor to carry and encourage students to join our industry and also it’s encouraging students to do the course without commitment! So one day they’ll turn up and the next day they won’t ???? quite frankly I was appalled and very saddened and now realise why there is a big hole in recruiting in our industry! We weren’t even asked for feedback!
