Disappointed to write a negative review for a black owned business but this may be one of the worst venues I've been to, lately. My friends and I bought a section for $350 which was outside. We arrived at 10:20, and we were told even though they opened at 10, they couldn't let us in....despite paying for a section. When we finally were allowed in around 10:45, they made us enter one by one for "processing" even though the security ID'd and searched us prior to even entering. The section (which we were told would be able to seat 8 people) only had 5 seats. The outdoor heat lamps were not working and it took until 11:30 for the outdoor speakers to even get turned on. We requested to move to a bigger outdoor section that could actually fit all our guests and were denied multiple times by staff even though those sections were empty. The bartender outside didn't have any ingredients to make the drinks that were on THEIR menu, and when she made my Long Island , she accidentally used pineapple juice instead of sour mix.....it was actually pretty good but still The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because despite the lack of structure and organization, our bartender and bottle girl, Salay, was very nice and moved us to a bigger section and switched us with a smaller group. The light show was great and ultimately we got drunk so it didn't matter lol. But if you're looking for a nice vibe in Charlotte, I suggest Stats. We went there the night before and had a blast. Section was cheaper too.

360 lounge is completely full of it I wanted to do a music showcase there and they told me that they don't do anymore showcases. A week later I see two music showcases being promoted to take place there. I was completely lied to and will make sure that I tell others to not do business there. So pissed but its ok I will take my business elsewhere.

My first time going here and I must say the music was good & the woman who served me and friends was sweet and funny. I believe her name was Capryes ( hopefully I spelled that right) but she kept checking on us making sure we was good and cracked some jokes. We will definitely be going back thanks to the great customer service from her. Y'all go check them out!!!
