La estupenda ubicación de 360 Play Stevenage - Family Entertainment Centre and Party Venue hace que llegar a él por cualquier medio sea muy sencillo. Este lugar es muy recomendable por su de confianza personal. Tenemos que destacar que su servicio se considera sorprendente. Según el punto de vista de los usuarios, sus precios son bajos. Cuando entres en este establecimiento, presta atención a su espectacular atmósfera. De acuerdo con los comentarios de los visitantes en Google, este lugar merece un 4.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at 360 Children’s Play Area. My son was injured while playing, and the situation was handled very poorly. After searching and screaming his name for around 30 minutes, I found him unconscious in the ball pit with blood coming from his mouth and smeared all over his face. This is supposed to be a safe children’s play area, yet there were no employees supervising or checking on the children properly. What shocked me most was the lack of care and responsibility shown afterwards. Instead of properly helping or showing concern, all we were given was ice in a bag. No real support, no proper first aid, and no explanation of how this could happen unnoticed. As a parent, this was terrifying and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise other parents to think carefully before bringing their children here. Safety and supervision should be the top priority in any children’s play centre.

We are very sorry to hear your son had an accident whilst visiting our centre, as we completely understand how upsetting this must have been for you as a parent. However, after seeing this review last night, we immediately spoke with the Duty Manager who dealt with the incident at the time. They confirmed that your child was not unconscious, although there was a small amount of blood from his mouth following the accident. We do feel some parts of this review have exaggerated the situation beyond what actually occurred. Our play centres are designed and operated to be safe environments for children, but as stated within our Terms & Conditions, children must remain under parental or guardian supervision at all times whilst using the equipment. Unfortunately, when children are not being actively supervised, accidents such as children bumping into one another can happen within any play environment, which is exactly why supervision is so important. Our team did assist at the time and provided ice immediately following the incident. Had the injury appeared more serious, further first aid procedures would of course have been followed. We always take feedback seriously and safety remains our top priority. We would be more than happy to discuss this further directly should you wish to contact the centre management team.

Party at 360 Play Stevenage - The party was great, the staff member that ran the party was amazing. It is costly, however mainly worth the price. The room is very small, we had maximum numbers but 6 children didn’t turn up. It was a squeeze & 2 children were sat on the floor, they were mainly 2 year olds so not sure how they can accommodate 30 older children. We were told that if children didn’t turn up we would receive vouchers to use to return for a play date. We were not made aware that these would only be valid for 2 months. Unfortunately due to surgery, we were unable to use them in time & when emailed to see if they could extend them, we were told they couldn’t help. I should have checked the date on the voucher, however it wasn’t the first thing on my mind, so we did lose out here. Overall the party was great, the venue was good & my son had a lovely party. It is costly & the party rooms are too small. More information provided regarding the vouchers would have been appreciated & some understanding.

Our party rooms are designed around the maximum numbers stated within the package, however we understand it can feel busy, especially with accompanying adults. The voucher expiry date is included on the vouchers issued, but we are sorry to hear the circumstances around your surgery meant you were unable to use them in time.
