I had a really disappointing experience at this waffle shop. When we walked in, the staff member (a girl wearing earphones the entire time) seemed uninterested and was making unpleasant facial expressions, which made us feel unwelcome from the start. When we placed our order, she didn’t ask whether it was for takeaway or dine-in and just packed it without confirming. The waffle itself was even worse — it was completely overloaded with Nutella to the point that it was messy and inedible. It honestly ruined the whole dish. We went back in to mention it, but instead of trying to help, she simply said, “we make it like this,” which wasn’t helpful at all. The lack of basic customer service and care really stood out. Overall, a very poor experience. Definitely not what we expected, and we won’t be coming back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is so aesthetically pleasing to the eye that doesn’t just include the decor the drinks and desserts are given picture perfect. I am a coffee lover and a very fussy one - the coffee beans they use are absolutely perfection. Very reasonably priced. Comfortable/relaxing a great coffee spot to be enjoyed. Customer service was top class as well. Will be returning. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
