I happened to visit here twice on the opening weekend when I was in town for the annual Truck and Hotrod show, and was suitably impressed by the food and service, and décor (local art?). The menu is more what you would hope for from an inner city venue and you can tell this project is driven by a team who know their stuff. It is interesting to watch their pizza chef working his trade like a master artist. The various flours and process used to make their dough would be an interesting story to put on the back of their menus. If you are in the area, I highly recommend it, and I rarely write reviews about anything. Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Yes, but i was mainly focused on the pizza specifically.
