Noticeable drop off since ownership change Response: This is day 3 now of spending an abnormal amount of time on the toilet after eating some sausages from 50 point. The two other family members who ate them experienced the same, the one family member who did not have a sausage did not experience the same. We like our sausages cooked well done so they definitely were not under cooked. When i purchased the sausages, the meat counter was unusually bare for that early in the day begging the question of when the meat products were prepared. Long time customer, and former client of 50 point (used to sell Bottle Green Drinks and then Fever-Tree up until a few years ago), and never saw this before. Also, there seems to be significant employee turnover which is never a good sign. The cold cut sandwich was still pretty good but a little thin on the ingredients for $8.99. Was just mentioning that we used to sell those products, I am very happy to grab a bottle green drinks product every time im there since they have become harder and harder to find. Still gave three stars because i do love the store its just that it was my first time having a less than perfect score. I'll adjust my rating acordingly if and when my future visits prove my concerns to be one off.

I look forward hearing from you. First off, I would like to apologize to you and your family. I’m not sure why you got sick as we strive to provide the freshest quality and products from our store. As for the sausage counter being Bear at the time of your arrival, my only thought is that we haven’t rotated the counter yet and haven’t filled the quantities per tray. Also, as for the green bottle and the fever tree drinks, we have supplied them from the first day of opening, and we still carry them in our store at the present time. We may have run out of a certain kind, but we have never stopped carrying them and I’m not really sure what you mean. Also, as for the staff, we haven’t hired anybody since we purchased the store which was a year and a half ago. Our manager is still the same. She’s been here for nine years and strives to work with us and provide the freshest quality and customer service we can When it comes to the sandwiches, we do have a new baker so the quality and size of the bun might make a difference in your sandwich. As for the toppings, we never charge for extra toppings except for cheese and as for the weight of the meat, it’s always the same. The only thing I can think of is being a bit smaller in size that could confuse you and thinking we are not being generous with the toppings. I truly appreciate your feedback and I hope that you can return to our store so that we can provide you with the upmost customer service and care. Also, if we can reimburse you for an item that you’re not satisfied, we have no problem doing that. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and your valuable feedback means the most to us. Needed a caterer for Stoney Creek/ Grimsby area, found 50 Point Market on Google: Wow.We had many options, but went with their recommendation of seasoned chicken breast, grilled vegetables, roasted (mini) potatoes, rice and even shaved roast beef! Everything was exceptional, we had zero complaints. Cost was very reasonable. Will definitely use their services again.Staff were outstanding: friendly and efficient, arranged the meal with Maria.
