We had high expectations for 6HEAD Perth, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived noticeably overcooked, closer to medium well, with some parts almost well done. For a premium steakhouse, I expected much better accuracy. Our steak wasn’t served until 10:13 pm, after waiting around 45 minutes. By that stage, it was already very late. Although the steak wasn’t inedible, I didn’t feel it was worth waiting even longer for a replacement, so I decided to eat it. Before leaving, I raised my concerns with the staff. They acknowledged the issue and offered us 15% off the total bill, which I appreciate. However, I don’t believe a discount fully makes up for the overall dining experience. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect the food to be cooked correctly the first time and served within a reasonable timeframe. The restaurant has a beautiful location and great atmosphere, but unfortunately the food execution and timing didn’t match the reputation. I left feeling more disappointed than satisfied. We were seated at the Terrace Section, and it's winter. We were expecting it to be cold but it was nice and cozy. Very friendly staff and always asking how everything is going and all smiles. Kudos to the staff, everyone is so accommodating. Aimee's service was exceptional unfortunately we didn't get the name of the gentlemen who served the meat, he's also friendly. We ordered the Escargot, and very pleased they serve one of my favourite entree. We also ordered the 700g Specially Aged Steak. Without exaggeration, I can honestly say that their Specailly Aged Steak is the Best Steak I've ever had in my Entire life. I was expecting the fatty portion to be unpleasant in a medium cooked steak. I don't know how they did it but it was cooked to perfection. Every bite was pleasant and no struggle. The Mushroom Sauce and Chimichurri compliments the steak very well, it also tasted really good. Not the best Mac and Cheese but the truffle on it was great addition. The Salad and chips were as usual. But didn't really get to finish them as we indulge every bit of that lovely steak. Somewhat pricey but I can say it's all worth it. The Hype they get is well deserve. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $180–200

We chose 6HEAD Perth to celebrate my birthday, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding. Our waiter Julios and every other waiter as well as the manager were genuinely warm, attentive, and made us feel welcomed and listened to throughout the evening. We started with the Grilled BBQ Octopus, which was beautifully cooked and incredibly refreshing. For my main, I ordered the O’Connor Rib Eye - 400g, Grain Fed, MB5+, and it was absolutely outstanding—tender, juicy, and packed with flavour. My husband initially chose the Wagyu Rib Eye - 300g, Grain Fed, 450 Days but was a little disappointed with the flavour. After mentioning it to our waiter and the manager, they handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. They kindly offered to replace it with the O’Connor Ribeye, explaining that it had a richer beef flavour, and they were absolutely right. It was a fantastic example of customer service done well. We finished with the chocolate cake and the trio of sorbets, both of which were delicious. To top off the evening, the restaurant surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration even more special. Great food, outstanding service, and a team that truly cares about their guests. Thank you for making my birthday memorable. We left very happy and will definitely be back.
