I’m so sad to say that what I once thought was my favorite location is no more. I brag on the Ruston location, but these last few visits have been a disaster. It stared with the customer service being top of the line to now being not so welcoming. Then to my drink being made very bland, really didn’t taste like anything. I went today to order a drink I saw online and usually the staff does a great job with customized drinks, but today I don’t even think they tried. I asked when I ordered if they could make the drink like the image. The young lady said they possibly could and she let them know to layer it. Well when I got to the window the girl said usually they don’t when they are busy but they would try. I gave them the benefit of a doubt because they were busy, but come onThis don’t even look like an attempt to me. Nor did it taste like anything tropical. I wish the old gang was there. Or maybe I need to stick to the early morning Saturday visits. Very disappointed. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
