This 7-11 used to be so good before the new ownership. They used to be friendly and knew who you were. The people that work there now could care less who you are or that you are spending money there. I have also had many arguments with them over the loyalty program. Once I enter my number they constantly skip past the option for me to use my points and save money. This happens every single time. It’s so frustrating that I won’t even go here anymore. I haven’t been here in almsot 6 months. I go here today and of course, same thing. Skip past my option to use my points. It’s like it’s taught to them to screw us out of a savings. I’ll give them one more try in a few months. Plenty of other options for coffee.

“I’ve always had a great experience at the 7-Eleven in commack The store is incredibly clean every time I visit, which I really appreciate. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. They make it feel like a neighborhood spot rather than just another convenience store. Five stars all the way!”
