I went there to buy a monster energy drink about plenty in the past. Right now it’s hot. We’re in the middle of a extreme heat wave. I filled my water bottle up with some water and ice and they wanted to charge me $.50 to fill up my own cup water. I told him it was ridiculous. They had no words. I told him they can have their water back. I poured it back down the fountain drain and gave them their energy drank back too. To say the less charging people to fill up a water container is evil. I will never be coming back to this location. I hope you don’t go here either.

I was at 711 on 24 hwy and noland rd, I purchased a strawberry gatorade, as soon as I bought it I noticed it had already been opened by some one else previously before me. I immediately you brought it the clerk's attention behind the counter, and he told me that it's my fault and here's nothing you can do about it that I should have checked it first when I respectfully asked if I could just please grab one that has not been tampered with already. He responded extremely rudely with no get out of my store you cannot buy anything else. Mind you he was extremely rude and verbally assaulting when saying this to me when I kept being respectful the entire time . Honestly I'm extremely irritated about the way I was treated tonight at 7-Eleven by the employee behind the counter. Honestly I hope that man loses his job I'm sorry but I'm not sorry the way he treated me was unacceptable and I'm professional and he's a disgrace to the clerk community. 7-Eleven you can do better.
