Their store is always very clean. I buy monster drinks there and there's always a good variety. The guy ( who my husband calls friend) is the friendliest, kindness man. Love this store

This is not an American way of treating customers. I went to the store around 10:45 am, the coffee was cold, I asked for hot coffee and the employee poured the cold coffee in the cup and asked me to dip my hand in it. So disgraceful of the employee. Franchises need to hire Americans who value our system. I'm a delivery driver and I was feeling sleepy and needed the coffee so badly, The coffee thermos has no timer working when asked about it, he said no battery in it. 7-Eleven has gone downhill, old system of kettle was better now employees don't care about thermos.
