There was a deal $1 kinder bueno so I took 10 units besides other items. when I was with the cashier he scanned the products and the kinder bueno was $2.49 instead $1. when he said to pay I told him that the price wasn't correct and the guy yelled me to scan the app. when he scanned the system took the total (€39.16) with the wrong price of the kinder bueno from my 7-11 wallet. I got late at work and lost $15 from my wage just because this. and even he didn't resolve so we marked to clarify the situation the next day, I mean today. Today the guy had the ticket with a number written by hand, $13.84 and he gave me $13.75 back. I paid in excess $14.90 more plus taxes and now he didn't want to give me the total refund alleging that he deducted the taxes (instead add them). I want my money back and please tell the guy to be less rude with the customer or you will lose a lot of them Today April 16 I'm still awaiting they reply the review through their portal
