I wanted to give no stars, but unfortunately, you have to give at least one to leave a review !!! Customer service is shii at this location! Every time I go in there, the African-American lady at the front register is rude as hell ,dry attitude or something!!! She needs more customer service training! No wonder the store has only two point something stars! And I just left! I said I’m leaving a review this time !! Just a miserable person! Smh

Terrible experience at this 7-Eleven. I withdrew $300 from their ATM (which took about 20 seconds), paid $8 in fees and simply asked the cashier if they could exchange it for $100 bills. Instead of helping, they were extremely rude and dismissive. Customer service here is unacceptable. If you don’t want to assist customers, don’t work in customer service. This place feels like a dumpster — I won’t be coming back.
