I will NEVER return to this establishment again. I am BEYOND infuriated and i hope i am leaving this review under the correct 757 Crave; across from the Residence Inn. I got to the restaurant around 12:07. My friend and I sat at a table and there was one couple eating and a table of 12 that had either just started eating or just ordered. Per recommended by my male waiter with glasses and the man that had wiped my table, I ordered the Jurassic Omelette and the beignets as an appetizer. FOUR TABLES SAT AFTER US! Ok? The last table got their food first. The men at the third table just dropped a tip and left. The other two tables were together; just arrived at separate times and AS I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW, everyone STILL hasn’t received their food. My friend literally just wiped his hands and it is now going on 2pm. I’m a chef myself and I’m appalled at the amount of time it took to prepare what little we ordered. Pissed does not hold enough weight to describe how LIVID I am. I mean, the cheese in my omelette wasn’t even melted. I asked for jalapeños . Missing. My friend waited for a decent amount of time just for silverware to eat his scrambled eggs topped with cold cheese and two chicken tenders tossed in some form of chili sauce. Overall, I should have prepared a meal at home. I would have been both satisfied and pleased.
