I’m visiting from overseas, and a friend brought me here expecting a decent experience. Unfortunately, the very first interaction we had completely ruined the impression. The person directing the cars showed an astonishing lack of courtesy and basic professionalism. For a place that expects customers to spend their time and money here, the level of attitude at the entrance was shockingly poor. Hospitality should begin the moment a guest arrives, but clearly that concept hasn’t reached this place yet. Chiang Mai is full of wonderful restaurants with warm service and genuine hospitality. After this experience, I would strongly recommend visitors choose literally any of those instead. With so many great options in the city, there is absolutely no reason to tolerate such a disappointing level of service. I certainly won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
