I found this place through a recommendation on Threads. It was my first time trying Burmese food, and I really enjoyed it. The interior is super nice and elegant, although the seating is limited. I came without a reservation, but the server recommended making one beforehand. The food is also pretty affordable for a weekend meal. This was my first time trying Yunnan Burmese food and it completely exceeded my expectations. We ordered a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious, but my favorite was the beef curry with the blue coconut rice infused with butterfly pea flower. 10/10. Stephanie, the owner, made the visit even more special. She is so warm, friendly, and welcoming, and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. The atmosphere is also incredible. It has such a great vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy every moment. Definitely a must visit while in Tokyo and I will be back! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Edited and Added Reply in below I visited this restaurant with friends after reading good reviews. The place looked clean and nice, but the service was very poor. We were seated without being asked for a reservation name, ordered food, and then were suddenly told to leave by 13:00 even though our meals had not arrived yet. We had to rush eating, and one dish came very late. Two of my friends’ clothes were also stained by the window decoration. The staff only said “sorry,” which was not enough. We did nothing wrong but still had a very uncomfortable experience. Dear 95Yooya Management Team, I would like to clarify one important point. The reservation was not confirmed through direct communication between the staff and my friend. My friend was asking me whether I had a reservation, and I clearly answered “No.” There was no eye contact or direct confirmation between the staff and my friend, and the staff member left immediately without confirming my answer or asking for a reservation name. I do not understand why a reservation was assumed without direct confirmation from the customer being addressed. If needed, this sequence can be confirmed via your entrance CCTV. Additionally, I would like to clarify that my name is Kay Khaing, not Khin. I hope this helps prevent similar misunderstandings in the future. Best regards, Kay Khaing
