This has honestly become my favorite bubble tea shop in Toronto. I’ve been here so many times and you can really taste the quality of their tea. The drinks are always so good, the shop is beautiful, and the staff are genuinely warm and kind. But today I ordered delivery for the first time and I was actually shocked. I live REALLY far from this shop, and every iced drink I’ve ever ordered from other places arrives with the ice already melted. This is literally the first time I’ve ever received a delivery where the ice cubes were still completely intact. And somehow it was from one of the farthest shops from me The drink wasn’t watered down at all and tasted just like it does in store. I don’t know what kind of ice they use, but apparently even their ice melts slower. The packaging was super careful too. I know ice sounds like such a random thing to be impressed by, but I’ve ordered so many drinks for delivery and this has never happened before. I already loved this place for their tea, and somehow they still managed to surprise me. It really makes me wonder how many other little details I’ve never noticed.

Unfortunately, we experienced a sudden and unexpected power issue today that prevented us from operating normally. We immediately arranged for emergency repairs and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will reopen as soon as the power issue is fixed. I stopped by 9Sips Tea Shoppe after hearing they just opened, and I’m so glad I did! The space is super cozy and aesthetic, perfect for catching up with friends, or just relaxing. I tried their nile’s mist milk tea, and it was so smooth and not overly sweet (you can actually taste the tea, which I love). The staff were really friendly and patient while I decided what to order, and everything came out quickly even though it was pretty busy. Definitely excited to come back and try more flavors. This place has major potential to become the go-to tea spot in the area.
