Probably the worst service experience we’ve had in Portland. We arrived around 11:10 PM and were seated at a table for two, but somehow our seats were taken away afterward. After finally ordering and waiting for some time, the server suddenly came over and told us the food would take another 40 minutes because “there were many orders ahead of us” and everything was being made “in order.” The crazy part was that the restaurant wasn’t even full that late at night. There were plenty of empty seats, yet the staff insisted we had no choice but to wait another 40 minutes, even though the restaurant would be closed by then. What made it even worse was the attitude. Instead of apologizing, the server blamed us for “ordering later than other people,” as if that somehow justified the situation. Her tone and expression made it feel like she was almost pleased that we were in this situation, and everything she said seemed to subtly push us to leave rather than actually help us. It honestly felt like they simply did not want to serve us because it was close to closing time. Completely unreasonable and one of the most frustrating dining experiences we’ve had. After reading the reviews, it seems many people have complained about the service here already. Hard to understand how this place is still operating like this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The wait time for the food was extremely, extremely long.When we arrived, there were only two tables occupied, but we still ended up waiting at least an hour. Halfway through the meal we wanted to order a bit more because it wasn’t enough, and after another hour the food still hadn’t come out, so we gave up and canceled it. The lighting and atmosphere were very dim and not particularly pleasant, and the service quality really depended on which server you got. Unless you have more than three hours to spare for a meal, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Really great chinese barbecue skewers. Everything wete freshly grilled with the right amount of sauce. Really satisfying with efficient, no fuss service. Give them a try if you are in the area. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
