The refund department of the bank resumed to work on July 22nd. Being in the Philippines, you probably know the bank process, and yes, it takes 3 to 4 weeks at the best cases (depending on where the bank account is located), for a credit card to be refunded. We did not ignore any of your email, as the management responded you explaining the real situation (mail from July 29th). Our establishment proceeded the refund on July 3rd as confirmed to you, but unfortunately does not have any impact on the banks business processes.
