The atmosphere is sophisticated yet relaxed, making it an ideal spot for a special occasion and evening out. The menu is a standout, featuring high-quality cuts of meat and incredibly fresh seafood. The steaks are consistently cooked to perfection, seasoned beautifully, and paired with well-considered sides. Thank you chef. My eye fillet was very enjoyable, petite yet sufficient cut and height. Very good red wine jus. The presentation across all courses is modern and elegant, reflecting the kitchen's attention to detail. Service is professional, attentive, and well-paced, ensuring you feel looked after without feeling rushed. Of course, the location is the crowning jewel—enjoying a meal while overlooking the lush grounds and the Arafura Sea, especially as the sun begins to set, is hard to beat. The only reason for not giving a full five stars was the desserts. Please chef review your dessert options, pairing and quality. 5 stars and beyond is in very easy reach. Overall, Cove remains one of the premier dining destinations in the Territory. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-tier service and excellent cuisine in a beautiful lagoon setting. Don’t waste your time or money on the Cove Steak House. No oyster fork, no plates to share entrees (even when asked for) water glasses not refilled in 3 hours, Steak medium instead of rare, fish overcooked, Lamb average, Main meal of prawns (3 kings prawns $69) and tasted flowery Chips didn’t arrive until 20 minutes after meal. Main meal first persons served then 30 minutes later last person served. 8 locals at table very disappointed. Give it a miss Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$200+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
