Airside Cafe is a fantastic spot, and I highly recommend it, especially for their outstanding salad bar and cheese. The absolute highlight of the meal was the baked Brie cheese—it was so good we ended up having it three times. The combination of honey and savory cheese was perfectly balanced, and baking it brought out a wonderful milky aroma. The salad bar was equally impressive, featuring a great variety of highly distinct options with very fresh ingredients, though the flavors overall trended a bit sweet. That sweetness carried over to the pumpkin soup as well. For the mains, the pan-seared cod fish was excellent; the thick cut allowed for a beautifully crispy skin while keeping the inside tender and flavorful, and the accompanied mashed potato was mixed with apple, making it sweet yet surprisingly refreshing. The other main, scallop with scrambled eggs on sourdough, wasn’t quite as successful, as the scallops were a bit thin and overcooked, and the wet eggs ended up soaking into the sourdough, making the toast soggy instead of crisp. That said, the dining environment is lovely with a bright, naturally lit atrium design that feels incredibly comfortable. The seating layout is spacious enough that you can have a conversation without hearing the neighboring table. Overall, it's a solid 5-star experience mainly driven by the exceptional salad bar and Brie. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $250–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It’s our first visit to this restaurant. Had a bit of situation, but the staff followed up with us timely. Appreciated it. The environment is good and chill. The salad bar was refilled constantly. Food was up to standard. Meal type: Brunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The newly launched 2-Hour Weekend Semi-Buffet Brunch is an absolute steal! The buffet stage features fresh, high-quality salads and cold cuts, while the main course M3 Mini Sirloin Steak and Lobster Roll was absolutely delicious. It's incredibly family-friendly too, offering a fantastic kids' menu complete with a fun ice cream dessert and drinks. Great service, chill vibes—highly recommended for a relaxing weekend!
