Albaik in Ghornatah remains a top pick for their legendary spicy broast and garlic sauce, but the ordering experience here needs a serious update. While the food is consistently hot and high-quality, the after-sales collection process is quite frustrating. Even though there is a large electronic board intended to sequence orders, it’s rarely followed by the staff. Instead, customers are forced into a manual, crowded queue at the counter where you have to constantly check if your number is ready. It makes the digital display feel completely redundant and creates unnecessary chaos in the waiting area. If you’re visiting, be prepared to ignore the screens and stand close to the counter to ensure you actually get your order on time!
