To make it clear, it was our own fault to choose this winebar. The interior and ambience including the music is cool. The natural white wine from Hokkaido recommended by the waiter tasted delicious. BUT to charge a table fee of JPY 500 per person!!! and ask then JPY 2200 for a glass of wine (100 ml) is definitely too much! We were four persons and paid at the end JPY 11400 for total 4 glasses of white wine and 1 piece of extremely small Basque Cheescake. Their price level is just excessively high $$$$!!! Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I'm a somm and was really looking forward to trying their wines. Didn't even make it pass the door and they told us they were full (bar only had two people). It must be one of those "locals only" places I keep hearing about on IG.

Was hard to find due to a no pedestrian sign that needed translating but we were greated into ALKAA just wanting a drink to unwind after a long day exploring. I was hoping for whisky but all they have on the menu is wine which is OK. We also saw some sweets/dessert to have so we ordered 2 chocolate gateau (which was more like a terrine) and 2 glasses of red Italian. They came promptly and quietly, which again after a day rubbing shoulders with other tourists is what we needed. It was quiet, cosy with soft music in the background and all in all a nice experience. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000
