A quaint cafe offering coffee and desserts. They have soy milk and oat milk available for +¥50 making it easy to have a few vegan drink options. Unfortunately non of the sweets are vegan, but a great option if you are near Kokura Station! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
