This place has huge potential, but it really needs better overall maintenance and higher hygiene standards. One of the main issues is that some people go straight into the cold plunge after using the sauna without showering first, which is not very hygienic. Unfortunately, my visit today was disappointing. There was no running water, and the steam room wasn’t working. I hope the management addresses these issues, as this place could be excellent with better maintenance.

Hi, so sorry about there being no water this evening, it doesn’t happen very often and the water trucks had been ordered but delayed which meant the steam room was out of order. The staff try to remind people about sitting on towels and showering before and after and will say something if they see this not happening, for the inconvenience please get in touch directly, we would love to welcome you back and offer a free day pass for you and a friend. Apologies again for the maintenance issues this evening. Thank you
