The service was excellent, and I was assisted by Kadri, who was very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, with a great view to watch the sunset. The food and drinks were also delicious. What truly stood out was the service. Kadri were warm, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu, quick to assist, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, ASAVA Restaurant delivers an outstanding combination of delicious food, beautiful ambiance, and excellent service. It is definitely one of the dining destinations I would highly recommend in Batam, and I look forward to returning again soon.
