I always hate to leave negative reviews but, when I have to do so, I hope it helps restaurateurs to grow and improve. I stopped by one evening but, unfortunately, there are many aspects that in my opinion need to be improved. Let's start from the entrance, with pseudo planters (without flowers) full of cigarette butts. At the entrance I didn't even notice all this kindness and hospitality praised by other reviews, in fact, he didn't greet any of the 6 people behind the counter. The internal environment is simple, even too much so. The tables have simple placemats and plastic cups. The bathroom is in very bad condition. I found the pizza quite chewy. If we want to talk about the 2 black hairs found in my pizza the picture is complete.... In a decidedly negative way. I believe that numbers are worth little if quality and attention are lacking. Too bad, I don't think I'll go back again and I don't recommend it. Cheer up guys... Reply to the local's response: 1. If you are only taking away pizza, why do you have tables inside then? 2. If I choose to eat in a pizzeria it's because I don't want a restaurant, it seems obvious to me. 3. What would my “requests” be? Finding a clean bathroom and the absence of cigarette butts when entering the room? There are no special requests, it is the basis of normal hospitality. Instead of an angry reply, you would have done better to read my review as an invitation to improve, rather than just seeing it as criticism. I'm sorry for your review but I remember that we are only a takeaway pizzeria!! If you want all these priorities I recommend a 5 star restaurant since here you only pay for the pizza and nothing covered!!!
