屯門馳名生炸雞髀，$35一隻 無內用，等咗5、6分鐘炸得啱啱好，外皮香脆，內裡鮮嫩多汁，鹹香可口。雖然餐牌上面有得你揀口味，但係其實買嘅時候會同你講係買完隻雞髀自己落粉，我就落咗椒鹽口味，外面個雞皮好似食緊鹽酥雞咁樣，又鎖得住雞肉入面啲雞汁，正！ 付款方面當時就只有現金同百達通，如果係外地遊客嘅話就要注意未必支持電子支付喇。 The famous deep-fried chicken leg, HK$35 each. Takeaway only, waited 5–6 minutes for it to be fried just right—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, savory and delicious. Although the menu offers different flavor options, when ordering, they actually tell you to season it yourself after purchase. I went with salt-and-pepper flavor—the crispy skin tasted almost like Taiwanese popcorn chicken, and it perfectly locked the chicken juices inside. So good! As for payment, only cash and Octopus card were accepted at the time. Visitors from abroad should note that electronic payment options may not be available.
