15 minute wait, RUDE SERVICE! Also tried to UPCHARGE me and start an argument about what I ordered... This location is horrible. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

Second time we have ordered at an A&W restaurant and were ignored and treated rudely. Seems to be a recurring theme. I'm not sure if it's racism because of our skin color and accent or homophobic because one of us looks like a lesbian or what the issue is but A&W is close to losing a repeat customer with this. Also the root beer freeze both times they were rude was made as a float but we were charged as a freeze. Every other time A&W every other A&W we have been to makes the freezes like a smoothie not a float and the people were friendly. Only the manager in this location was friendly, everyone else ignored me as I waited to order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
