I ordered the yesbeg tibs (stir-fried lamb) from Abyssinia Ethiopian Restaurant, with sides of cabbage and split yellow peas. Everything was absolutely full of flavor—so delicious and incredibly satisfying. The lamb was cooked perfectly and seasoned so well, and the sides complemented it nicely. You can really taste the care and authenticity in every bite. I will definitely be back! Is this habesha owned restaurant?I ordered Yetsome Beyaynetu (Abyssinia Vegetarian Combination) they gave me without the injera $18.99 and 7. Yesbeg Tibes (Stir Fried Lamb) 22.99 Never had this experience in any habesha owned restaurant I’m habesha how do you want me to eat that without injera

A wonderful meal and experience! We got a platter with 10 different items: cabbage, greens, green beans, carrots and potatoes, beets, red lentil, yellow snap pea, chicken, beef tips, lamb tips. All very well seasoned. Light fluffy injera. Delicious drinks. A wonderful treat for families or quick dining. Beautiful ambience and decoration as well.
