Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your dinner at Ad Hoc Circo Massimo.We are sincerely pleased to know that you appreciated both the service and the atmosphere, as these are essential parts of the experience we try to create for every guest.We are sorry, however, that the Roman and truffle tasting menus did not meet your personal taste. Both menus are intentionally built around rich, deep and traditional flavours, with truffle playing an important role throughout the experience. We understand that this style may feel too intense for some guests, especially when compared with a lighter or more acidic interpretation of a tasting menu.That said, we take comments about balance and seasoning very seriously.
