Hello Kabir,We take our service and guest experience very seriously, so I am sorry to hear you left frustrated. However, we do have a strict policy requiring guests to wait to be seated so we can properly clean and sanitize tables between parties. When you chose to sit at an uncleared table, I asked you to step back briefly purely so we could clean and set it properly for you.As the owner, ensuring a clean dining environment and being fair to waiting guests are my top priorities. I apologize if my directness came across as rude, but maintaining our health and hygiene standards is something we cannot compromise on. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to us at mrashid@addacanada.com
