Our first stay here. We booked to attend my partners mums funeral. We would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff here. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. Everyone is very friendly and professional, it's the personal things, from stopping to chat, asking how our day went, and even asking if we needed an iron for our funeral outfits. The lovely Stacey is an absolute asset to your company and it was a pleasure meeting her and the rest of the team. The room was lovely and clean and the food was amazing! Easy to park using the vehicle registration system and the vending machine even had toothbrushes in them. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay again. Well done and thanks to all. Very good place to stay if you ate visiting Addlestone and Weybridge. Filipe and Sameena at the reception are very helpful at all time. The hotel is quiet and very comfortable as you would expect from a Premier Inn location. Rooms are nice and clean. They have a restaurant and bar on-site and of course there's plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Waitrose and Partners is right next door if you need to buy anything, which is a plus. Overall a great place to stay. Service: 5

We have stayed here quite a few times during the last 10 months while visiting my brother in hospital. Perfect location to the hospital. Easy free parking few minutes away. Food fantastic. Staff have been fantastic always go that extra mile. Highly recommend sraying here. Unfortunately my brother passed away last week. Richard & Stacey and staff we can't thank you enough for everything you did for us. We shall be eternally grateful for your hospitality during a difficult few months.
