Ae Nami was an okay ramen location. The location was small but still inviting, I was the only one there so it was very quiet. I had the Tonkotsu ramen and the broth and noodles where very nice, the noodles had a very good chew to them. Now the pork wasn't my favourite, it was a bit to thick to easily be handled with chopsticks, Tonkotsu ramen should have tender Japanese chashu on it and this was not tender, it was kinda tough to eat and not very flavorful. Instead of two thick pieces of pork maybe three thinner pieces would be better. The ajitsuke tamago was also pretty tasty. All in all I like the place but I think they can improve. Price per person: kr 100–200 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
