I recently had the pleasure of dining at Afghan Chopan Restaurant, and I can confidently say it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and the ambiance instantly transported me to the heart of Afghanistan. The menu is a delightful journey through Afghan cuisine, featuring an array of traditional dishes that are both flavorful and beautifully presented. The menu is full of dishes such as Mantu, Pulaw, Ashak, bulani, Shami kebob as well as teka kebob, lamb pulaw is my favorite one each bite was a perfect blend of textures and flavors. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were more than happy to provide recommendations and explain the intricacies of each dish. The restaurant's decor, featuring traditional Afghan art and music, added to the authenticity of the dining experience. I highly recommend Afghan Chopan Restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Afghan culinary adventure. Whether you're a fan of rich, aromatic dishes or simply looking to try something new, this restaurant is a must-visit. I will definitely be returning soon to explore more of their exquisite menu. Wonderful flavors and clean restaurant with quality service and great food. We usually order the chef plate, Boland and mantu, etc and the Tikka chicken and rice with raisins and carrots is divine. They do it right, like Jerusalem Grill in Langley and we have been going to Afghan Chopan for more than 10 years to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and our son's academic awards. Try it out, the food is exceptional which is indicative of the many positive reviews on other sites.
