このケーキ屋さんを紹介してもらったのは約2年前ですが、正直に言って、今まで食べた中で一番おいしいケーキと焼き菓子のお店です。 まず驚かされるのは、一つ一つのケーキに込められた細やかなこだわりと丁寧さです。そして何より、お客様への心配りが本当に素晴らしく、作り手の想いと誠実さがしっかりと伝わってきます。 多くのケーキ屋さんでは生クリームが重たく感じることがありますが、こちらのお店は全体のバランスがとても良く、どのスイーツも軽やかで上品な味わいです。 私のお気に入りは、気軽に買えるシュークリームです。クリームとカスタードのバランスが完璧で、濃厚なのに重すぎず、甘さと風味の調和がとても美しい一品です。 日本に住んで20年以上、数えきれないほどのケーキ屋さんを訪れてきましたが、結局いつも戻ってきてしまうのがこのお店です。 また、オーダーケーキのクオリティも他ではなかなか見られないレベルだと思います。以前、ブラックフォレストケーキ（シュヴァルツヴェルダー・キルシュトルテ）をお願いし、子どもの頃の思い出の味を再現してほしいとリクエストしました。すると、その想いをしっかり汲み取ってくださり、懐かしく温かい記憶がよみがえるケーキを作ってくださいました。 心からおすすめできる、本当に素晴らしいケーキ屋さんです。 I was introduced to this cake shop about two years ago, and without hesitation, I can say it offers the best cakes and assorted sweets I have ever tasted. From the very beginning, the level of detail and care put into each creation is truly remarkable. Beyond the flavors themselves, the care shown toward customers is on an entirely different level—you can genuinely feel the passion and sincerity behind their work. Many cake shops rely heavily on rich cream, which can sometimes overwhelm the palate. However, this shop achieves a beautiful balance in every dessert. Nothing feels too heavy; instead, each bite is refined, well-balanced, and deeply satisfying. My personal favorite treat to grab on the go is their cream puffs. They have the perfect harmony of cream and custard, creating a rich yet delicate balance of flavor and sweetness that is simply irresistible. Having lived in Japan for over 20 years and visited hundreds of cake shops, this is the one I always find myself returning to. I would also like to highlight their exceptional level of customization. I once ordered a Black Forest cake (Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte), requesting a flavor that reflected my childhood memories. Not only did they listen carefully, but they delivered exactly what they promised—a cake that brought back warm, joyful memories from my past. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this cake shop.
