I heard that there is a restaurant in Niigata where you can eat ``Bolga Rice,'' a local food from Fukui Prefecture, so I came here. Bolga rice is a local gourmet Western food menu in Fukui Prefecture, roughly speaking. A cutlet placed on top of omelet rice and topped with sauce. It seems that it is. Cafe Akubi-san is the only official store in Niigata Prefecture of the Japan Borugara Association, which promotes Bolga rice. Omelet rice with ketchup rice inside and demiglace sauce is the best...
