I have been going to Cason (1985) for many years, renowned for the assortment, freshness and delicacy of the raw and cooked fish as well as for the pleasantness of the restaurant and the garden. the price has always been high but the compensation was there. yesterday I had a notable disappointment: despite the always high price, see the receipt, the fish did not have the delicacy of fresh fish (apart from the oysters which were excellent), the portions of scallops and scallops were modest. Furthermore, there is no longer the great choice that once existed. Despite the very few customers (on a Friday evening) the service was slow. Times change... Today, Boxing Day, I had lunch at Al Cason. Food really full of salt and inedible. Two people 134 euros. To be avoided with care. Advice to managers: Moderate the salt because it is not by salting that you improve, on the contrary. INEDIBLE!
