We decide to leave for Caorle for the usual fish-based tour. A few days before we phoned our favorite restaurant and unfortunately we found it closed due to a change of management. With a bit of disappointment we randomly chose one of the many restaurants in the Venetian town and decided on FOGHER. We call and book. What to say? Beautiful and very good experience. An excellent all-fish restaurant with a very extensive menu and open all year round. The ingredients are excellent and the fish very fresh. Excellent hospitality and location, impeccable and professional service. Waiting times for the right and never rushed service and cuisine. There were 5 of us, with three dishes of fish only and two dishes of spaghetti with fish; the courses arrived at the table all together, which is not to be taken for granted! Correct price for the quality of the food and the service provided. The legendary dessert "polentina di Caorle" is delicious, as are the coffees, which is not easy to find in a restaurant where coffee is usually the least good and well-made thing. Reservation recommended. “We will come back to visit you next year and you will be our trusted restaurant”.
