Ordered Nutella ice cream with other milk shakes orders. Made a request to order taker to serve it in a ice cream cup, same plastic glass that they use for milkshakes, upon delivery he brought it in a paper cup, their original cup is not suitable for kids to hold it and it’s bit difficult for kid to finish it before it melts. However, when I told him that from your other branch I made same request and they never declined, he simply answer that here we don’t. Price per person: OMR 2–4 Food: 5 Service: 1

Tried the falooda here but it wasn’t great. Loaded with too much fruit and only one flavor of ice cream. For this price, you can find way better options elsewhere. Price per person: OMR 0–2
