We’ve just had a fabulous lunch at Alameda Restaurant at the Savoy Palace in Funchal , Madeira The service was impeccable with Juan just knowing exactly what we would like without us even bedding to see the menu . Between us we had Chicken/praennrisotto , chicken burger and chips , chocolate mousse and tiramisu all washed down with a couple of jugs of sangria and a couple of Madeira wines . Lovely ambience and when we left at least 4 of the other waiters all asked us how our meal had been Lovely ! Would definitely recommend Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €50+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
